Chocolate Slice
1 cup Self Raising Flour
1 cup Coconut
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Tbs Cocoa
1/2 cup Margarine
1 Tbs Golden Syrup
3/4 cup Icing Sugar
1 Tbs Cocoa
2 tsp Water
1 Tbs Coconut (extra)
Method:
1 cup Coconut

Method:
- Grease a slab tin, Preheat oven 180 C.
- Combine flour, coconut, sugar and cocoa in a bowl.
- Melt butter and syrup in a saucepan or in a microwave, using microwave-safe dish.
- Combine melted mixture with dry ingredients.
- Press the mixture into the slab tin. Bake 15-20 minutes.
- Make icing by mixing all ingredients together, add water slowly.
- Cool slice then add icing and sprinkle with coconut.
