Savoury Topped Potato and Green Salad Individually
Ingredients
1 Medium Potato
1 tsp Margarine
1 slice Ham (diced finely)
20g Tasty Cheese
1 tsp Chives

Method
- Scrub potato and dry well, prick skin.
- Place around outside edge of microwave safe dish and cover with plastic film.
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until tender.
- Allow to stand for 2 minutes then cut open , dot with 1 tsp margarine and sprinkle ham and cheese.
- Re-heat on high for 1 minute. Garnish with chopped chives and serve with Green Salad.
Green Salad
Ingredients
1 Lettuce leaf
1/2 stick Celery
1 Spring Onion
1/4 Capsicum
1 tsp Parsley
2 tsp French Dressing
Method
1 Lettuce leaf

2 tsp French Dressing
Method
- Wash and dry all vegetables, tear lettuce into bite size pieces, slice celery, capsicum and spring onions.
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and drizzle a Tbs of French Dressing over. Toss lightly and garnish with parsley.
