Scones Individually
2 cups Self Raising Flour
1 Tbs Butter or Margarine
3/4 cup Milk
1 Tbs Cheese (grated)
- or -
1/4 cup Sultanas
1 Tbs Sugar
Method:
1. Set oven at 220C. Grease oven tray.
2. Sift flour into large bowl.
3. Rub butter into flour, using fingertips.
4. If making cheese or sultanas scones add these ingredients here.
5. Mix to a soft dough with milk.
6. Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead very lightly.
7. Roll out to 2cm thickness.
8. Using a cutter, cut into 12 scones.
9. Place on tray.
10. Bake in middle, top of conventional oven.
11. Cook 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
