Spaghetti and Meatballs
225g Minced Steak
1 cup Pasta Sauce
1/2 Onion
1/2 Small Cooking Apple
1 tsp Curry Powder
2 Tbs Flour
4 Tbs Grated Cheese
1 clove Garlic
200g Spaghetti
1 tsp Oil
Method:

Method:
- Take a large saucepan and 3/4 fill it with water. Add the 1 tsp oil and put in onto the stove to heat. This water is to cook your spaghetti in.
- Place minced meat into bowl.
- Peel the apple and remove the core, grate and add to minced meat.
- Peel and chop onion finely, add to minced meat.
- Also add the curry, flour and chopped garlic to meat.
- Using clean hands, mix all ingredients in meat bowl together.
- Divide the mixture into 12 even sized pieces and roll into balls.
- When water has boiled, add spaghetti, bring it back to the boil then simmer it for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
- Place pasta sauce in a saucepan and bring to the boil, then add meat balls.
- When mixture is simmering (simmer is juts below the boiling point, the bubbles are small and slow.) cover the saucepan with lid and leave to cook for 15 minutes.
- When spaghetti is cooked, drain it through a sieve.
- Divide spaghetti between two plates and add meatballs to the top. Spoon over sauce. Garnish with cheese.
