Fish and Chips
Chips:
2 medium Washed Potatoes
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Chicken Salt
Cooking Oil Spray
Fish:
2 small White Fish Fillets
1 Tbs Plain Flour
1/2 Egg
1/4 cup Cornflake Crumbs
1/2 Lemon

Fish:
2 small White Fish Fillets

1/4 cup Cornflake Crumbs

Method:
Chips:
- Preheat the oven to 220C.
- Wash and dry the potatoes and microwave for 3 minutes on HIGH.
- Cut the potatoes into chips.
- In a bowl, mix together the potatoes with the oil and chicken salt.
- Place on a lightly greased baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
Fish:
- Pat the fish dry with paper towel.
- Put the egg, flour and cornflake crumbs onto three separate shallow bowls.
- Coat the fish with the flour, then dip into egg mixture, then finally coat with the cornflake crumbs.
- Place on a lightly greased baking tray and lightly spray with cooking oil spray.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedge and chips.
