Individual Egg and Bacon Pie
Pastry:
1/3 cup Flour
25 g Margarine
2-3 tsp Water
Filling:
1 Egg
1 Tbs Milk
1/2 tsp Parsley (chopped)
25 g Bacon Pieces
1 Tbs Tasty Cheese (grated)
2 Spring Onions
Method:

Method:
- Preheat oven 190C
- Sift flour, rub in margarine.
- Add water and mix to a soft dough, knead lightly.
- Roll pastry out about 2cm thick. Cut pastry base larger than oval pie tin.
- Spray pie tin, push pastry into tin, trim and decorate top edge. Place tin on flat oven tray.
- Mix egg, milk and parsley.
- Place bacon pieces and spring onion in pastry case and pour egg mixture over bacon, sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
