Chow Mien
250 g Minced Steak
1 stick Celery (chopped)
1/2 Onion (chopped)
1/4 Cabbage (shredded)
1/2 Carrot (grated)
1 Apple (grated)
1/2 packet Chicken Noodle Soup
1 tsp Curry Powder
2 slices Wholemeal Bread (toasted to serve)
Method:
1 stick Celery (chopped)
1/2 Onion (chopped)
1/4 Cabbage (shredded)
1/2 Carrot (grated)

2 slices Wholemeal Bread (toasted to serve)
Method:
- Place all ingredients, except bread, in a large saucepan with a tightly fitting lid and simmer for 30 minutes. Check and stir occasionally.
- Serve with toast.
