Hamburgers
Patties:
250 g Minced steak
1/4 Onion (chopped)
2 tsp Rolled Oats
1/2 Egg
1/4 tsp Parsley Flakes
Sprinkle Pepper
Sprinkle Garlic salt
I tbs Flour
Extra Ingredients:
2 Hamburger buns
2 tsp Oil
2 slices Beetroot
1/4 grated Carrot
1 Tb Mayonnaise
1 Tbs Tomato sauce
1/4 Tomato (sliced)
2 Pineapple rings
2 Lettuce leaves
2 slices Cheese

Extra Ingredients:
2 Hamburger buns
2 tsp Oil

Method:
- Combine all the hamburger ingredients (not the extras) in a bowl and mix well.
- Make 2 hamburgers, pressing together firmly.
- Roll in flour to coat.
- Heat oil in fry pan. Fry hamburgers, turning once, until brown and cooked through about 5-7 minutes for each side.
- Prepare the extra ingredients and toast buns on one side under the grill.
- Assemble in bun with extra ingredients.
- Put onto plate and garnish.
- Serve with orange juice.
